Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional customer service through personalized product recommendations and assistance
- Process transactions accurately using POS systems and handle cash/credit payments
- Merchandise and maintain visually appealing store displays according to brand standards
- Operate efficiently during evening hours (4 PM - 10 PM) and weekend shifts (Saturday/Sunday)
- Assist with inventory management and stock replenishment during off-peak hours
- Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless store operations
- Uphold cleanliness and safety standards throughout the retail floor
Qualifications
- Previous retail or customer service experience preferred but not required
- Availability to work flexible weekend shifts (Saturdays and Sundays) plus evening hours
- Strong communication skills and ability to engage with diverse customers
- Basic math proficiency for handling transactions and inventory
- Reliable transportation to the 456 Central Avenue location
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs

- Must be 18+ years old to operate POS systems
