Responsibilities
- Greet customers warmly and provide personalized assistance to ensure a premium shopping experience.
- Operate the point-of-sale (POS) system with accuracy and speed.
- Restock merchandise, organize displays, and maintain the visual appeal of the sales floor.
- Process customer returns and exchanges efficiently according to company policy.
- Monitor inventory levels and assist with stockroom organization.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve daily and weekly sales targets.
- Adhere to all safety and security protocols at all times.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Previous retail or customer service experience is preferred.
- Must have reliable availability for weekend shifts.
- Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs.
- Familiarity with basic retail technology (POS systems) is a plus.
