Responsibilities
- Provide personalized customer service and product expertise to weekend shoppers
- Execute efficient checkout processes and maintain accurate transaction records
- Manage inventory and merchandise displays to create visually appealing store environments
- Assist with stockroom organization and inventory reconciliation
- Contribute to weekend sales goals through upselling and product knowledge

Qualifications
- Previous retail or customer service experience preferred
- Availability to work Saturdays and Sundays (6 AM - 2 PM or 2 PM - 10 PM)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs
- Basic math proficiency for handling cash transactions
- Reliable transportation to Uptown Charlotte location
