Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service by greeting and assisting shoppers with inquiries and product selections.
- Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently using Point of Sale (POS) systems.
- Assist in maintaining the visual appeal of the store, including folding, replenishing, and organizing merchandise.
- Monitor inventory levels and collaborate with the management team to restock shelves as needed.
- Handle cash handling and register operations with strict adherence to company policies.
- Resolve customer concerns and complaints professionally to ensure a positive shopping experience.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Previous retail or customer service experience is preferred but not mandatory.
- Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday).
- Strong communication skills and a friendly, approachable demeanor.
- Ability to stand and move around the store for extended periods.
- Reliable transportation in the Boston area.
