Responsibilities
- Provide personalized styling advice and product recommendations to weekend shoppers
- Process transactions accurately using our POS system and handle cash management
- Execute visual merchandising standards to maintain an upscale store environment
- Assist with inventory management and stock replenishment during weekend shifts
- Collaborate with floor team to achieve weekend sales targets
- Respond to customer inquiries via in-person and digital channels
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of sales floor during peak weekend traffic
Qualifications
- Previous retail or customer service experience preferred
- Availability for all weekend shifts (Saturdays & Sundays, 10am-6pm)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic math proficiency for cash handling
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods during weekend shifts

- Reliable transportation to downtown Boston location
- Must be 18+ years old
