Responsibilities
- Deliver personalized customer service and styling recommendations
- Process transactions accurately and maintain cash register integrity
- Execute visual merchandising and store presentation standards
- Manage inventory control and stock replenishment processes
- Collaborate with team members to maintain store cleanliness and organization
- Participate in weekend inventory counts and stock audits
- Support special event activations and pop-up shop operations
Qualifications
- Previous retail or customer service experience preferred
- Availability to work weekends (Fri/Sat/Sun) 8am-6pm shifts
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic math proficiency for POS transactions
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs

- Reliable transportation to Music Valley location
