Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional customer service through product knowledge and personalized recommendations
- Process transactions accurately using POS systems while maintaining cash handling security
- Visual merchandising: arrange displays and maintain store aesthetics to brand standards
- Inventory management: receive, stock, and track merchandise efficiently
- Team collaboration: support colleagues during peak weekend rushes and floor coverage
- Loss prevention: monitor sales floor to prevent shrinkage and ensure store safety
Qualifications
- Previous retail or customer service experience preferred but not required
- Weekend availability (Saturdays and Sundays) is mandatory
- Strong communication skills and approachable demeanor
- Basic math proficiency for cash handling and inventory
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs
- Reliable transportation to West End Avenue location
