Responsibilities
- Deliver outstanding customer service through product knowledge and style recommendations
- Process transactions accurately using POS systems while maintaining cash handling security
- Assist with visual merchandising displays and store inventory management
- Support stockroom operations including receiving, sorting, and floor replenishment
- Contribute to a positive team atmosphere through collaborative communication
- Adhere to all company policies and safety protocols during operating hours
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in a college or university program (any major welcome)
- Excellent communication skills and approachable customer service demeanor
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs
- Strong attention to detail in cash handling and inventory tasks
- Flexible availability for weekend shifts (Saturdays and Sundays)
- No prior retail experience required – full training provided
- Valid authorization to work in the United States
