Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service through product knowledge, fitting room assistance, and checkout processes
- Process sales transactions accurately using POS systems while maintaining cash handling standards
- Execute visual merchandising directives to maintain an engaging store aesthetic
- Assist with inventory management including receiving, stocking, and organization
- Collaborate with team members to maintain store cleanliness and operational efficiency
- Participate in weekend floor shifts during peak shopping hours (Friday-Sunday)
Qualifications
- Previous retail or customer service experience preferred
- Availability to work weekend shifts (Friday, Saturday, Sunday)
- Strong interpersonal communication skills with diverse clientele
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs
- Basic math proficiency for cash handling and inventory tasks
- Must be 18+ years old to operate POS systems
- Valid work authorization in the United States
