Responsibilities
- Deliver outstanding customer service through personalized product recommendations and style guidance
- Process transactions accurately using our modern POS system while maintaining cash handling integrity
- Merchandise and visually arrange displays to maximize product appeal and seasonal promotions
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth weekend operations and peak-hour efficiency
- Participate in inventory management and stockroom organization processes
- Contribute to a positive team culture through proactive communication and mutual support
Qualifications
- Available for consistent weekend shifts (Saturdays 9am-6pm & Sundays 11am-5pm)
- Previous retail or customer service experience preferred but not required
- Strong interpersonal skills with a passion for helping customers find perfect items
- Basic math proficiency for handling cash transactions and returns
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs
- Positive attitude and reliability essential for weekend team dynamics
- Must be 18+ years old
