Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service during evening and weekend shifts (Fri-Sun, 4 PM-10 PM)
- Process transactions accurately and efficiently using POS systems
- Stock shelves and maintain visually appealing product displays
- Operate cash registers and handle cash/credit card transactions securely
- Assist with inventory management and stock rotation
- Uphold store cleanliness and safety standards
- Resolve customer inquiries with professionalism and problem-solving skills
Qualifications
- Must be available for Friday, Saturday, and Sunday evening shifts (4 PM-10 PM)
- Previous retail or customer service experience preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic math proficiency for cash handling
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs
- Reliable transportation to and from our Kansas City location
