Responsibilities
- Provide outstanding customer service across all store departments
- Process transactions accurately and efficiently at checkout stations
- Assist with inventory management and stock replenishment
- Maintain clean, organized store appearance and merchandising standards
- Support team members during peak weekend rush periods
- Operate POS systems and handle cash/card payments
- Participate in weekend promotional events and sales activities
Qualifications
- Must be available Saturdays and Sundays (8am-6pm shifts)
- Previous retail or customer service experience preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs
- Basic math skills for transaction processing
- Reliable transportation to our Dyer Street location
- Positive attitude and teamwork-oriented mindset
- Must be at least 18 years old
