Responsibilities
- Deliver personalized customer service through product knowledge and style recommendations
- Process transactions accurately using our modern POS system
- Maintain impeccable visual merchandising standards and store cleanliness
- Assist with inventory management and stock replenishment
- Contribute to a positive team environment during weekend shifts
- Support store opening/closing procedures and security protocols
Qualifications
- Previous retail or customer service experience preferred
- Availability to work weekends (Saturdays & Sundays) consistently
- Strong interpersonal skills and a passion for fashion/lifestyle products
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs
- Basic math proficiency for cash handling
- Reliable transportation to our Market Street location
