Responsibilities
- Provide friendly, knowledgeable customer service across all store departments
- Operate POS systems, process payments, and maintain accurate cash handling
- Stock shelves, rotate inventory, and ensure visually appealing displays
- Assist with receiving, unloading, and organizing merchandise deliveries
- Uphold strict food safety standards and cleanliness protocols
- Collaborate with team members to resolve customer inquiries efficiently
- Support loss prevention measures and store security procedures
Qualifications
- Previous retail or customer service experience preferred
- Flexible availability for weekend shifts (Saturdays 8am-6pm, Sundays 9am-5pm)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs
- Basic math skills for cash handling and inventory tasks
- Valid Texas Food Handler's certification (or willingness to obtain)
