Responsibilities
- Deliver outstanding customer service through product knowledge and personalized recommendations
- Process transactions accurately using POS systems and handle cash/card payments
- Stock, organize, and maintain visually appealing merchandise displays
- Operate daily opening/closing procedures including inventory counts
- Assist with visual merchandising and seasonal campaign setups
- Resolve customer inquiries promptly and escalate complex issues to management
- Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless store operations
Qualifications
- Availability to work weekends (Saturday/Sunday) with weekday flexibility for training
- Previous retail or customer service experience preferred
- Basic math skills for cash handling and inventory management
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs
- Strong communication skills and approachable demeanor
- Reliable transportation to Camelback Road location
- Positive attitude and eagerness to learn new products
- Must be 18+ years old
