Responsibilities
- Deliver outstanding customer service through product knowledge and personalized assistance
- Operate POS systems efficiently to process transactions and returns
- Manage inventory flow including receiving, stocking, and visual merchandising
- Maintain store presentation standards including cleanliness and organization
- Collaborate with weekend team to achieve sales targets and operational goals
- Process cash handling and daily reconciliation procedures
- Support promotional events and weekend sales initiatives
Qualifications
- Must be available to work Saturdays and Sundays (10am-6pm)
- Previous retail or customer service experience preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 30 pounds
- Basic math proficiency for transaction processing
- Reliable transportation to North Center Street location
