Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional in-store customer service with product knowledge and personalized recommendations
- Process transactions accurately using POS systems and handle cash/credit payments
- Merchandise and maintain visually appealing displays according to brand standards
- Assist with inventory management, stockroom organization, and receiving shipments
- Support store operations during high-traffic weekend hours with efficiency and positivity
- Collaborate with weekend team members to achieve sales targets and customer satisfaction goals
Qualifications
- Previous retail or customer service experience preferred but not required
- Availability to work consistently on weekends (Saturdays & Sundays) with flexible daytime/evening shifts
- Strong interpersonal skills with a passion for helping customers
- Basic math proficiency for handling transactions and inventory tasks
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs
- Reliable transportation to Riverfront Plaza location
