Responsibilities
- Deliver outstanding customer service through personalized shopping assistance and product knowledge
- Process transactions accurately using POS systems while maintaining cash handling protocols
- Execute visual merchandising standards to create an immersive shopping experience
- Manage inventory control through stock replenishment and cycle counting
- Collaborate with team members to maintain store cleanliness and organization
- Participate in weekend sales events and promotional activities
- Uphold brand standards in all customer interactions and store operations
Qualifications
- Previous retail or customer service experience preferred
- Availability to work flexible weekend shifts (Saturday/Sunday)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to stand for extended periods and handle physical tasks
