Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service during evening and weekend shifts (Fri-Sun, 4 PM-10 PM)
- Process transactions accurately and maintain organized cash handling procedures
- Stock, arrange, and merchandise products to highlight local artists and crafts
- Operate POS systems and inventory management tools efficiently
- Assist with visual merchandising to maintain an inviting store atmosphere
- Collaborate with team during peak weekend tourist hours
Qualifications
- Flexible availability for Friday/Saturday/Sunday evenings (4 PM-10 PM)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic math proficiency for cash handling
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs
