Responsibilities
- Deliver outstanding customer service through product knowledge and style guidance
- Process transactions efficiently using POS systems while maintaining cash accuracy
- Execute visual merchandising standards including restocking and floor presentation
- Manage fitting room operations and inventory control procedures
- Collaborate with team during high-traffic weekend rushes
- Participate in receiving, unpacking, and tagging merchandise
- Uphold store cleanliness and safety standards
- Support loss prevention protocols
Qualifications
- Previous retail or customer service experience preferred
- Weekend availability (Saturdays & Sundays) essential
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods
- Basic math proficiency for handling cash transactions
