Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service through product knowledge and style recommendations
- Process transactions accurately using POS systems while maintaining cash handling integrity
- Execute visual merchandising standards including restocking, floor sets, and display updates
- Maintain store cleanliness, organization, and safety compliance throughout all shifts
- Support inventory management processes including receiving, counting, and markdowns
- Collaborate with team members to achieve weekend sales goals and operational targets
- Adhere to all company policies and loss prevention procedures
Qualifications
- Previous retail or customer service experience preferred but not required
- Availability to work all weekend shifts (Saturday & Sunday) with flexible weekday hours
- Strong communication skills with a passion for fashion and pop culture
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods and lift up to 25 pounds
- Basic math proficiency for cash handling and inventory tasks
- Reliable transportation to Ohio City location
- Positive attitude and collaborative team spirit
- Must be 18+ years old to operate POS systems
