Responsibilities

- Process transactions accurately using POS systems while maintaining cash handling compliance
- Execute visual merchandising standards to maintain an engaging store environment
- Collaborate with team members to achieve weekend sales targets and operational goals
- Participate in inventory management including stock replenishment and cycle counts
- Adhere to all safety protocols and loss prevention procedures
- Contribute to weekend promotions and seasonal campaign activations
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; college students strongly encouraged
- 1+ years retail or customer service experience preferred
- Availability to work weekends (Saturday/Sunday) and flexible weekday hours
- Proficiency with point-of-sale systems and basic technology
- Strong communication skills with diverse customer demographics
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods and lift up to 30 lbs
