Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional customer service through product knowledge and friendly interactions
- Process transactions accurately using POS systems while maintaining cash handling standards
- Merchandise and maintain store displays to reflect current promotions and seasonal themes
- Assist with inventory management and stock replenishment during weekend shifts
- Ensure store cleanliness and safety standards are consistently met
- Collaborate with weekend team members to achieve sales targets and operational goals
- Participate in weekend inventory counts and stock rotation procedures
Qualifications
- Previous retail or customer service experience preferred but not required
- Availability to work consistently on Saturdays and Sundays (flexible weekday hours possible)
- Strong communication skills with a customer-first mindset
- Basic math proficiency and comfort with technology systems
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs
- Reliable transportation and punctuality for weekend shifts
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn in a dynamic retail environment
- Must be at least 18 years old to operate POS systems
