Responsibilities
- Greet and assist customers with a friendly, professional demeanor.
- Process sales transactions accurately at the point of sale (POS) system.
- Organize and restock merchandise to maintain optimal inventory levels.
- Ensure the sales floor and fitting rooms are clean, tidy, and welcoming.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve daily sales goals.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly and effectively.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Previous retail or customer service experience is a plus but not required.
- Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday).
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to use handheld scanners.
