Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service by greeting customers, answering inquiries, and assisting with product selection to ensure a positive shopping experience.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing store environment by stocking shelves, facing merchandise, and performing regular store upkeep.
- Process sales transactions accurately using the Point of Sale (POS) system, handling cash, credit, and digital payments with precision.
- Monitor inventory levels and assist with stock replenishment to ensure product availability and minimize stockouts.
- Collaborate with the team to implement visual merchandising displays that attract customers and drive sales.
- Handle customer returns, exchanges, and complaints professionally and efficiently, adhering to company policies.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent is preferred.
- Previous retail or customer service experience is a plus but not required; we provide comprehensive training.
- Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday) consistently.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a friendly, approachable demeanor.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs occasionally.
- Basic math skills and attention to detail are essential for accurate cash handling.
- Reliable transportation is required.
