Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome customers with a friendly, professional demeanor upon entry to the store.
- Provide exceptional product knowledge and recommendations to drive sales and customer satisfaction.
- Process transactions efficiently at the point of sale using our POS systems.
- Maintain store appearance standards, ensuring merchandise is organized, clean, and displayed attractively.
- Assist with inventory management, including stock replenishment and markdown execution.
- Handle customer inquiries, returns, and exchanges with patience and efficiency.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure a seamless shopping experience.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; prior retail experience is a plus but not mandatory.
- Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday).
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a customer-first mindset.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physical tasks such as lifting boxes or shelving merchandise.
