Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service and product knowledge to shoppers visiting our New Orleans location.
- Assist with merchandising, stocking shelves, and maintaining a clean, organized store environment.
- Handle point-of-sale transactions accurately and efficiently.
- Support weekend events and promotions to drive sales and customer engagement.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve daily and weekly sales targets.
Qualifications
- Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday) on a consistent basis.
- Previous retail or customer service experience is preferred but not required.
- Strong communication skills and a friendly, approachable attitude.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs.
- Basic math skills for handling cash and credit transactions.
- Reliable transportation to and from work in the New Orleans area.
