Responsibilities
- Greet and assist customers warmly, ensuring a positive and inviting shopping experience.
- Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently using the Point of Sale (POS) system.
- Restock shelves, organize merchandise displays, and maintain visual merchandising standards.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues promptly and professionally.
- Assist in inventory counts and restocking processes to ensure product availability.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve weekly sales goals and store targets.
Qualifications
- Previous retail or customer service experience is preferred but not required.
- Must be available to work weekends (Saturday & Sunday) and flexible hours.
- Strong communication skills and a friendly, approachable demeanor.
- Basic math skills for accurate cash handling and transactions.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift light to medium merchandise.
