Responsibilities
- Provide outstanding customer service through personalized style consultations and product knowledge
- Process transactions accurately using POS systems while maintaining cash handling security
- Merchandise and maintain visually appealing displays according to brand standards
- Assist in inventory management including receiving, stocking, and cycle counts
- Collaborate with team to achieve weekend sales targets and operational goals
- Uphold store cleanliness and safety standards during all shifts
Qualifications
- Previous retail or customer service experience preferred
- Availability to work Saturdays and Sundays (8:00 AM - 6:00 PM)
- Strong communication skills and passion for fashion/lifestyle brands
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs
- Basic math skills for cash handling and inventory tasks
