Responsibilities
- Deliver personalized customer service through product recommendations and styling advice
- Process transactions accurately using POS systems while maintaining cash handling protocols
- Execute visual merchandising plans to create compelling in-store displays
- Manage inventory including stock replenishment, markdowns, and cycle counts
- Collaborate with floor teams during peak weekend hours to ensure seamless operations
- Maintain store cleanliness and safety standards according to company policies
- Participate in team huddles to share customer insights and sales strategies
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year retail or customer service experience preferred
- Strong communication skills with ability to engage diverse clientele
- Flexible availability to work weekends (Saturday/Sunday) and holidays
- Basic math proficiency for cash handling and inventory management
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods and lift up to 30 lbs
- Proficiency with retail technology (POS tablets, inventory systems)
- Valid NYC work permit if applicable
