Responsibilities
- Execute safe and efficient loading and unloading of freight using forklifts and pallet jacks.
- Maintain a 100% accuracy rate on inventory scanning and record-keeping.
- Ensure the workspace is clean, organized, and safe at all times.
- Collaborate with team leads to optimize daily workflow and meet targets.
- Perform quality checks on incoming and outgoing packages.
- Adhere to all safety protocols and company policies.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent required.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for long durations.
- Weekend availability is essential (Saturday & Sunday).
- Basic computer skills for data entry and scanning.
- Strong work ethic and a commitment to punctuality.
- Valid forklift certification is a plus but not mandatory.
