Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional customer service and product knowledge to weekend shoppers
- Process transactions accurately and efficiently at POS terminals
- Assist with inventory management and merchandising displays
- Operate cash registers and handle cash/credit transactions securely
- Maintain store cleanliness and organized presentation standards
- Collaborate with weekend staff to achieve sales targets
- Participate in weekend inventory counts and stock replenishment
Qualifications
- Must be available to work weekends (Saturday & Sunday) and some holidays
- Previous retail or customer service experience preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods and handle physical tasks
- Basic math and cash-handling proficiency
- Reliable transportation to downtown San Francisco location
- Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset
- Must be 18+ years old
