Responsibilities
- Customer Engagement: Provide exceptional service to customers by answering questions, resolving complaints, and ensuring a positive shopping experience.
- Inventory Management: Assist with receiving shipments, organizing stock, and ensuring product displays are appealing and fully stocked.
- Sales Support: Process transactions accurately at the point of sale and handle cash or card payments with strict adherence to company policies.
- Store Maintenance: Keep the sales floor, restrooms, and break areas clean, safe, and organized throughout the shift.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with fellow team members to meet daily goals and support operational needs during peak weekend hours.
Qualifications
- Availability: Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday) consistently.
- Experience: Previous experience in retail, customer service, or warehouse operations is preferred but not required.
- Communication: Strong verbal communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with diverse groups of people.
- Reliability: A history of punctuality and a strong work ethic are essential.
- Requirements: Must be at least 18 years of age and have a valid ID. Basic computer and math skills are required.
