Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service to walk-in and phone-in clients with a friendly demeanor.
- Assist in maintaining a clean, organized, and visually appealing retail environment.
- Process sales transactions accurately using modern POS systems.
- Manage inventory and stock replenishment during busy weekend shifts.
- Collaborate with the full-time team to meet weekly sales targets and KPIs.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly and professionally.
Qualifications
- Availability to work weekends (Saturday & Sunday) consistently.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Basic computer proficiency and familiarity with point-of-sale systems.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs.
- A positive attitude and a willingness to learn new procedures quickly.
- Previous retail or customer service experience is a plus but not required.
