- Resolve Technical Issues: Troubleshoot common software or account-related issues efficiently.
- Data Entry & Maintenance: Update client records in our CRM system with high accuracy.
- Team Collaboration: Coordinate with the weekday team to ensure seamless service continuity.
- Process Optimization: Identify and suggest improvements to our weekend workflow.
Qualifications
- Education: High School Diploma or GED required.
- Experience: Previous experience in customer service or technical support is preferred.
- Availability: Must be available to work weekends (Saturday & Sunday) and occasional evenings.
- Technical Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and comfortable navigating web-based tools.
- Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
