Responsibilities
- Customer Service: Greet and assist customers with inquiries, product selection, and checkout processes in a friendly and professional manner.
- Operational Support: Assist in maintaining store organization, restocking shelves, and ensuring the sales floor is clean and presentable.
- Weekend Operations: Support management in executing weekend-specific promotions, events, and sales initiatives.
- Inventory Management: Monitor stock levels, assist in inventory counts, and report discrepancies to the floor manager.
- Problem Solving: Address customer concerns or issues promptly and escalate complex situations to the supervisor when necessary.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with fellow team members to ensure a smooth and efficient workflow during busy shifts.
Qualifications
- Availability: Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday) with flexibility for occasional evening shifts.
- Experience: Previous retail or customer service experience is preferred but not required.
- Communication: Strong verbal communication skills with the ability to interact effectively with a diverse customer base.
- Reliability: Punctual and dependable with a track record of consistent attendance.
- Skills: Basic computer literacy and proficiency with POS systems is a plus.
