Responsibilities
- Develop and curate engaging social media content (images, videos, captions) for platforms such as Instagram, TikTok, and Facebook.
- Analyze weekly performance metrics and adjust content strategies to maximize engagement and reach.
- Engage with the community by responding to comments, messages, and inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
- Assist in the planning and execution of weekend-specific promotional campaigns and contests.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure brand consistency across all channels.
- Stay updated on the latest social media trends, tools, and best practices to keep our content fresh.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in social media management or content creation.
- Strong understanding of current social media trends, algorithms, and best practices.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a creative flair.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively during weekend shifts.
- Proficiency with photo editing and video editing software (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite).
- High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field is a plus.
