Responsibilities
- Greet customers warmly and assist them with product selection and inquiries to ensure a positive shopping experience.
- Operate point-of-sale (POS) systems accurately to process sales, returns, and exchanges efficiently.
- Stock shelves, organize displays, and maintain a clean, safe, and visually appealing store environment.
- Monitor inventory levels and report stock shortages or damages to management promptly.
- Handle customer complaints or concerns professionally and escalate issues when necessary.
- Collaborate with the team to achieve daily and weekly sales targets.
- Follow all company policies, procedures, and safety guidelines at all times.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED) required.
- Previous retail or customer service experience is a plus but not mandatory.
- Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday).
- Strong communication skills with the ability to interact with a diverse customer base.
- Basic math skills for accurate cash handling and transaction processing.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs.
- Reliable transportation to and from the workplace.
