Responsibilities
- Greet and assist customers with a friendly and professional attitude, ensuring a positive shopping experience.
- Operate the Point of Sale (POS) system accurately and efficiently to process transactions.
- Stock shelves, organize merchandise displays, and maintain a clean, safe sales floor.
- Handle customer inquiries regarding product availability and store policies.
- Assist in inventory management, including counting stock and reporting discrepancies.
- Collaborate with the team to execute store promotions and seasonal displays.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; current college students are encouraged to apply.
- Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and/or Sunday) and some weekday evenings.
- Strong communication skills and a customer-first mindset.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs.
- Basic computer literacy and math skills.
- Reliable transportation is required.
