Responsibilities
- Greet customers warmly and provide exceptional service at the sales counter.
- Operate the point-of-sale (POS) system accurately and efficiently.
- Stock shelves, organize product displays, and maintain store cleanliness.
- Assist customers with product inquiries and recommendations.
- Handle returns, exchanges, and payment transactions.
- Support inventory management and visual merchandising efforts.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Previous retail experience is a plus, but we provide training.
- Ability to work weekends (Saturday & Sunday) and occasional holidays.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic math skills for cash handling.
- Ability to stand and move around the store for up to 8 hours.
