Responsibilities
- Greet and assist customers with a friendly, professional attitude to ensure a positive shopping experience.
- Restock merchandise, ensure product displays are neat and organized, and rotate stock to maintain freshness.
- Process sales transactions accurately using the Point of Sale (POS) system.
- Assist in opening and closing duties, including cash handling, security checks, and facility preparation.
- Monitor inventory levels and alert management when stock is running low.
- Resolve customer inquiries and complaints promptly and effectively.
- Maintain a clean and safe shopping environment for all visitors.
Qualifications
- Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday) on a recurring basis.
- High school diploma or equivalent is preferred but not strictly required.
- Previous retail or customer service experience is a plus, but we provide on-the-job training.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to interact well with diverse groups of people.
- Reliable transportation is required to commute to the San Antonio location.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs as needed.
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
