Job Overview:
In this role, you will be the face of our brand, ensuring every customer leaves satisfied. You will assist with product selection, manage point-of-sale transactions, and help maintain a clean, organized store environment.
Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome customers with a positive and professional attitude.
- Assist customers in finding products and answering inquiries about merchandise.
- Process sales transactions accurately using the Point of Sale (POS) system.
- Stock shelves, organize displays, and ensure the sales floor is visually appealing.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve daily sales targets and store goals.
- Handle returns, exchanges, and customer service issues with empathy and efficiency.
Qualifications
- Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday).
- Previous retail or customer service experience is a plus but not required.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs.
- Reliable transportation to and from the workplace.
- Friendly demeanor and a passion for providing excellent customer service.
