Responsibilities
- Greet and assist customers with a friendly, professional demeanor, answering product inquiries and providing recommendations.
- Process transactions accurately at the register, including cash, credit, and digital payments.
- Organize and merchandise store displays to ensure a clean, visually appealing shopping environment.
- Restock inventory and maintain shelf organization to ensure product availability.
- Collaborate with the team to meet weekly sales targets and operational goals.
- Handle customer concerns and complaints with patience and efficiency.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Previous retail or customer service experience is preferred but not required.
- Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday) with some flexibility for early shifts.
- Strong communication skills and a positive attitude are essential.
- Basic math skills for accurate cash handling.
- Ability to stand and move around the store for extended periods.
