Responsibilities
- Greet and assist customers with a friendly, professional demeanor to ensure a positive shopping experience.
- Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently using the Point of Sale (POS) system.
- Restock shelves and maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing store environment.
- Assist in inventory management, stock organization, and price changes.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve complaints efficiently and courteously.
- Collaborate with the sales team to achieve weekly and monthly performance targets.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Previous retail or customer service experience is a plus but not mandatory.
- Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs.
- Basic computer literacy and math skills are essential.
