Responsibilities
- Greet and assist customers with a friendly, professional attitude, ensuring a positive shopping experience.
- Operate the point-of-sale (POS) system accurately and efficiently, handling transactions and returns.
- Stock shelves, organize merchandise displays, and maintain a clean, organized sales floor.
- Monitor inventory levels and alert management when stock needs replenishment.
- Process customer returns and exchanges according to company policies.
- Assist in setting up promotional displays and seasonal decor.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED).
- Previous retail or customer service experience is a plus but not required.
- Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday).
- Strong communication skills and a customer-first mindset.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs.
- Basic computer literacy and comfort with mobile devices.
