Responsibilities
- Deliver outstanding customer service through product knowledge and personalized assistance
- Process transactions accurately using POS systems while maintaining cash handling integrity
- Execute visual merchandising standards including restocking, displays, and inventory management
- Operate as a team player to support store operations during peak weekend traffic
- Uphold brand standards through cleanliness, safety, and loss prevention protocols
- Assist with receiving, sorting, and organizing incoming merchandise
Qualifications
- Must be available for weekend shifts (Saturdays & Sundays, 8AM-6PM)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs
- Basic math proficiency for transaction processing
- Reliable transportation to store location
- No prior retail experience required – training provided
- Must pass background check and drug screening
