Responsibilities
- Greet and assist customers with a smile, providing exceptional product recommendations.
- Manage the sales floor, ensuring displays are organized, clean, and visually appealing.
- Process transactions accurately at the point of sale using our POS system.
- Handle customer inquiries, returns, and exchanges efficiently.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve weekly sales targets.
- Restock inventory and maintain stockroom organization during quieter shifts.
- Support store events and promotions during peak weekend hours.
Qualifications
- Must be available to work weekends (Saturday & Sunday) and some weekday evenings.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs.
- Basic math skills for cash handling and inventory management.
- Previous retail or customer service experience is a plus but not required.
- A positive attitude and a willingness to learn.
