Responsibilities
- Greet and assist customers with a smile, ensuring a premium shopping experience.
- Process transactions accurately and efficiently using the Point of Sale (POS) system.
- Stock shelves and organize displays to maintain high visual standards throughout the weekend.
- Answer inquiries regarding product availability and store policies.
- Collaborate with the floor team to ensure smooth store operations during peak hours.
- Handle cash handling and end-of-shift reporting duties.
Qualifications
- Must be available to work weekends (Saturday & Sunday).
- Previous retail or customer service experience preferred.
- Strong communication skills and a positive attitude.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs.
- Basic computer literacy for POS system operation.
