Responsibilities
- Greet customers warmly and assist with product selection.
- Process sales transactions accurately using POS systems.
- Restock shelves and maintain a tidy, organized sales floor.
- Handle customer returns, exchanges, and inquiries efficiently.
- Cash handling and end-of-day reconciliation.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve daily sales goals.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED.
- Ability to work weekends (Saturday & Sunday) and evening shifts.
- Basic math skills for cash handling.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Physical stamina to stand and move around for extended periods.
