Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service by greeting shoppers and assisting them in finding products.
- Restock shelves and merchandise to ensure a well-organized and visually appealing sales floor.
- Operate the point-of-sale (POS) system accurately and efficiently to process transactions.
- Assist with inventory management, price checks, and organizing the stockroom.
- Ensure the store is clean, tidy, and safe for all customers and staff.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve weekly sales targets.
Qualifications
- Ability to work weekends (Saturday & Sunday) consistently.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Basic math skills and ability to handle cash and credit transactions.
- Reliable transportation and punctuality.
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Experience in retail or customer service is a plus.
